Max is the Executive Vice President of FineLine. He has successfully led the organization from start up to a successful company. His leadership has molded a culture of compassion and learning. Max, a CGA has his MBA and has represented FineLine at many industry shows and is actively involved in international groups on discussing subjects such as operational efficiencies, customer service, retention and total quality management. Believing in people, Max takes time every day to coach and mentor those that want to grow. He believes in calculated risks and balances moving forward with organizational needs. He is persistant and patient. He believes in climbing the mountain one step at a time. "When you are ready to quit, you are closer than you think. The temptation to quit, is always greatest just before you succeed!" Â As part owner of FineLine, David provides leadership, guidance and mentorship to everyone. Â David knows that clients engage with FineLine for expertise and leadership in acheiving their goals. Â Relentless at offering transaparent service, David is often heard saying " when things go wrong, our clients find out what we are really made of! We have a unique combination of skill and passion that lets us pull apart, analyze and action complex issues." Getting it right is very important to David. Â Coming from a career of service delivery, David works hard to understand what people really want. Â Building relationships and long-term value is what David feels is important "Simply put, there is more than number of calls answered within a certain number of seconds." Jocelyn believes in helping others succeed. This belief drives her to offering innovative programs that deliver the business results needed. She believes in "service" as a revenue line, instead of an expense line, that translates to solid business solutions for our clients.
