Max Panzo, EVP

Max is the Executive Vice President of FineLine.  He has successfully led the organization from start up to a successful company.  His leadership has molded a culture of compassion and learning.  Max, a CGA has his MBA and has represented FineLine at many industry shows and is actively involved in international groups on discussing subjects such as operational efficiencies, customer service, retention and total quality management.

Believing in people, Max takes time every day to coach and mentor those that want to grow.  He believes in calculated risks and balances moving forward with organizational needs.  He is persistant and patient.  He believes in climbing the mountain one step at a time.  "When you are ready to quit, you are closer than you think.  The temptation to quit, is always greatest just before you succeed!"

Max can often been seen at one of FineLine's many social events, facilitating laughter and team work.
