Jocelyn Chipman, VP Strategy and Client Services

Jocelyn is responsible for Sales, Marketing, Partnership programs and the Account Management Group.  A passionate leader, Jocelyn believes in "flawless" execution and delivering the highest customer service possible.  Her energy, creativeness and organization facilitates a culture of professionalism and innovation.  She is a driving force in bringing FineLine's services and value proposition to market. 

Jocelyn believes in helping others succeed.  This belief drives her to offering innovative programs that deliver the business results needed.  She believes in "service" as a revenue line, instead of an expense line, that translates to solid business solutions for our clients.

Jocelyn was a foster parent for many children over the past 10 years and is heavily involved in the special needs community.
