David Rattray, VP Sales

David Rattray is Vice President of Sales and part owner of FineLine.  David is a man of many skills: technical, program development, service and sales.  As part owner of FineLine, David provides leadership, guidance and mentorship to everyone.  David knows that clients engage with FineLine for expertise and leadership in acheiving their goals.  Relentless at offering transaparent service, David is often heard saying " when things go wrong, our clients find out what we are really made of! We have a unique combination of skill and passion that lets us pull apart, analyze and action complex issues."

Getting it right is very important to David.  Coming from a career of service delivery, David works hard to understand what people really want.  Building relationships and long-term value is what David feels is important "Simply put, there is more than number of calls answered within a certain number of seconds."
